Premium Casing Sourcing
At Elite Rubber, quality starts with the casing. We work closely with trusted suppliers in Japan to source premium casings from world-renowned manufacturers such as Bridgestone, Yokohama, Michelin, Dunlop, and Toyo. These high-grade casings are then shipped to our retreading partners in Malaysia, where they undergo our rigorous retread process using state-of-the-art equipment and industry-leading standards.

Once retreaded, the tires are imported to the U.S. and delivered to our warehouse for distribution. By controlling the supply chain from casing selection to final sale, we ensure each tire delivers exceptional durability, safety, and value to our customers.

1 / Initial Inspection

2/ Buffing
The worn tread is removed with precision buffing equipment, preparing the casing for new tread application.
3 / Repair & Skiving
Any minor damages are repaired, and the surface is skived to optimize bonding.
4 / Tread Application
Pre-cured tread rubber is applied to the prepared casing using advanced bonding techniques that ensure a secure, uniform fit.
5 / Curing Process
The assembled tire undergoes a controlled curing process (cold vulcanization) that firmly bonds the new tread to the casing.
6 / Final Inspection & Testing
Each retreaded tire is inspected, tested, and balanced to meet or exceed international safety and performance standards.
