At Elite Rubber, we stand behind the products we sell.
This page explains our Limited Warranty, Mileage Guarantees, and Road Hazard Coverage for eligible tires sold in the United States.
This warranty applies to the original retail purchaser and the original vehicle only. It is not transferable.
Elite Rubber tires are backed by a 5-year Manufacturer Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
If a defect is confirmed:

First 10% of tread: Replacement tire at no cost(excluding mounting, balancing, taxes, and service fees)

After 10% of tread: Pro-rated credit based on remaining usable treadThis warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

Mileage Warranty
Mileage guarantees apply when tires are properly inflated, aligned, rotated, and used in their intended application.
1 / Taikyu TBR Mileage Guarantee
Taikyu TBR mileage coverage applies only when the tire is used in the drive position under normal regional or line-haul operating conditions.

Eco Drive: 150,000 miles

Prime Drive: 250,000 miles
If a TBR tire wears out before its guaranteed mileage, Elite Rubber provides a pro-rated mileage credit based on miles driven.
This mileage warranty does not apply to refuse service, construction, mixed on/off-road, industrial yards, or severe stop-and-go usage.
2 / Comforser Passenger & LT
Comforser passenger and light-truck tires include a 50,000-mile mileage warranty for all non-UHP patterns.
Comforser UHP (Ultra High Performance) tires do not include mileage coverage.
Coverage applies only when the tire is properly inflated, aligned, rotated regularly, and used in appropriate conditions.
3 / Commercial LT, C-Rated LT
Elite Rubber provides a 50,000-mile mileage warranty for 19.5-inch and 17.5-inch commercial LT tires, as well as C-rated LT tires.
Road Hazard Protection
Elite Rubber provides Road Hazard Protection only for the Comforser line, including:

Passenger & LT tires
-
C-rated LT tires used for personal / non-commercial use
-
ST trailer tires (Comforser)
Road Hazard does not apply to:
-
TBR (Taikyu ECO / Prime)
-
19.5" or 17.5" commercial LT
-
Any tire used in commercial or fleet service
1. Road Hazard Coverage Limit
Road Hazard Protection for eligible Comforser products is strictly limited to the first two thirty-seconds of an inch (2/32") of original treadwear. This protection applies solely to non-commercial Comforser-branded Passenger, LT, C-rated LT, and ST trailer tires.
Coverage Prior to the First 2/32" of Wear
If a covered tire sustains damage due to a non-repairable road hazard before more than 2/32" of tread has been worn:

If the tire is repairable: The customer may elect to repair the tire; repair charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the servicing dealer.

If the tire is not repairable: Elite Rubber will provide a pro-rated credit toward the purchase of a comparable Elite Rubber tire. The credit amount will be calculated based on the percentage of the tire’s remaining tread depth above the protected first 2/32".
Coverage After the First 2/32" of Wear
Once the tire has worn beyond the initial 2/32" of tread:

Road Hazard Protection terminates immediately.

Any damage that occurs after this point, regardless of cause or severity, is not covered under this program.
2. What Road Hazard Does Not Cover
Road Hazard Protection does not apply to:
-
Taikyu TBR tires or any commercial LT tire (including 19.5" and 17.5" sizes)
-
Tires worn beyond the first 2/32" of tread
-
Sidewall impacts from curbing
-
Impact damage occurring after the first 2/32" of tread has been worn
-
Loss or damage resulting from collision, fire, theft, vandalism, or malicious mischief
-
Damage caused by improper mounting, demounting, or handling
-
Damage caused by underinflation, overinflation, wheel misalignment, worn suspension components, or other mechanical irregularities
-
Any loss of time, inconvenience, towing, downtime, loss of use, rental vehicle charges, or other incidental or consequential damages
Road Hazard Protection covers the tire only, and no other equipment, vehicle components, or consequential losses.
Exclusions — What Is Not Covered by Any Warranty
This warranty does not apply to any tire that becomes unserviceable or fails due to:

Operation with improper inflation pressure (underinflation or overinflation)

Loading the tire beyond its maximum rated load or operating beyond its speed rating
-
Failure to rotate the tires at recommended intervals
-
Irregular or premature treadwear resulting from vehicle mechanical defects, including but not limited to misalignment, worn suspension components, bent wheels, or improper balance
-
Improper repairs, alterations, or modifications to the tire
-
Ride disturbance claims made after the first 1/32" of treadwear
-
Tires with branding, serial numbers, DOT/TIN numbers that have been removed, altered, or rendered illegible
-
Tires used in applications for which they were not designed or approved
-
Irregular wear patterns such as one-sided wear, cupping, feathering, or any wear resulting from mechanical neglect
A tire worn to 2/32" or less of remaining tread depth is deemed to have reached the end of its usable service life and is no longer eligible for any warranty adjustments of any kind.
Owner Responsibilities
To remain eligible for warranty consideration, the original purchaser must comply with the following obligations:

Maintain tire inflation pressures in accordance with the vehicle and tire manufacturer specifications

Rotate tires at the following intervals:
-
Passenger & LT tires: every 5,000–6,000 miles
-
TBR and commercial tires: every 10,000–15,000 miles, or as appropriate for the application
-

Maintain proper wheel alignment, suspension condition, and overall vehicle mechanical integrity
-
Retain the original proof of purchase
-
Maintain verifiable records of tire rotations, maintenance, and related service
Failure to provide the required documentation may result in partial or complete denial of warranty benefits.
How to File a Warranty Claim
If the tire was purchased directly from Elite Rubber:
Elite Rubber will administer the warranty claim directly.
Customers must complete the Warranty Claim Form using the link provided below.
Once the form is submitted, an Elite Rubber representative will review the claim and contact the customer with next steps.

If the tire was purchased through an authorized Elite Rubber dealer:
The tire must be brought to that dealer for evaluation. The dealer will inspect the tire, complete a Warranty Claim Form on the customer’s behalf, and submit the claim to Elite Rubber for processing.
The customer must provide:

The original purchase invoice

Maintenance and rotation records

The tire itself (and vehicle if appropriate)

Elite Rubber reserves the right to retain the tire for further examination.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

Elite Rubber, LLC disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except to the extent such disclaimers are prohibited by law.

Elite Rubber, LLC shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to towing charges, loss of use of the vehicle, rental expenses, downtime, or lost income.
Certain states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, these limitations may not apply in those jurisdictions. This warranty affords specific legal rights, and the customer may also have additional rights which vary by state.
Warranty Updates
Elite Rubber LLC reserves the right to revise, modify, or discontinue any portion of this warranty program at any time and without prior notice.
Such revisions shall apply only to tires purchased after the effective date of the updated warranty. Prior purchases remain subject to the warranty terms in effect on the date of sale.
